Making and registration of wills in the DIFC court
HappyEnd
- Save family assets - Bypass litigation - Document readiness in 1 day
If the owner does not have a will registered with the DIFC, then in the event of death it will be distributed according to Sharia law
Example: in the event of the death of a married man with two sons, a daughter and parents, in Sharia inheritance, the share of the wife in the inheritance will be 12.5%, while each of the sons inherits a share of 21.67%.
Why you should make a will now?
The property may not go to the heirs, and you will lose everything you have
You can be both a resident and a non-resident of the UAE, but if the will addresses the appointment of guardians for children, the children must live with the testator and be residents of the UAE
